เมื่อวันที่ 27 มีนาคม 2569 นางสาวสุชาดา เมฆธารา รองอธิบดีกรมอาเซียน นำคณะผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งในการประสานงานด้านการจัดการภัยพิบัติของไทยในกรอบอาเซียน ประกอบด้วยผู้แทนหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และสถานเอกอัครราชทูตประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนและคู่เจรจากว่า 50 คน เข้าศึกษาดูงานที่คลังเก็บสิ่งของช่วยเหลือและระบบโลจิสติกส์เพื่อช่วยเหลือเมื่อเกิดภัยพิบัติฉุกเฉินของอาเซียน (DELSA) ณ ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 16 จ.ชัยนาท ในโอกาสดังกล่าว รองอธิบดีกรมอาเซียนกล่าวขอบคุณนายวิทยา ชพานนท์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดชัยนาทที่ต้อนรับคณะฯ และได้ย้ำถึงบทบาทที่สำคัญของศูนย์ DELSA ชัยนาทในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของกลไกด้านการจัดการภัยพิบัติของอาเซียน นอกจากนี้ คณะฯ ได้รับฟังการบรรยายสรุปจากนางสาวดวงนภา อุตตมางคพงศ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักวิจัยและความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ เรื่องบทบาทไทยในการสนับสนุน DELSA จ. ชัยนาท และดร. ซีธู เพ เทียน ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ AHA Centre เรื่องระบบโลจิสติกส์ฉุกเฉินสำหรับใช้ในกรณีเกิดภัยพิบัติของอาเซียน (Disaster Emergency Logistics System for ASEAN: DELSA) และบทบาทของ DELSA ชัยนาท กิจกรรมเยี่ยมชม DELSA ชัยนาทเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งในการประสานงานด้านการจัดการภัยพิบัติของไทยในกรอบอาเซียนที่กระทรวงการต่างประเทศร่วมกับกรมป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย กระทรวงมหาดไทย จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 26-27 มีนาคม 2569





The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Leads A Delegation of Thai Agencies, Diplomatic Corps to Visit the Disaster Emergency Logistics System for ASEAN Warehouse in Chainat Province On 27 March 2026, Ms. Suchada Maktara, Deputy Director-General of the Department of ASEAN Affairs, led a delegation of over 50 participants of the “Thailand’s Efforts to Strengthen ASEAN’s Coordination In Disaster Management and Tabletop Exercise,” from government agencies and embassies of ASEAN Member States and Dialogue Partners to pay a visit to the Disaster Emergency Logistics System for ASEAN (DELSA) warehouse and logistics facility at Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Centre Region 16 in Chainat Province. During the visit, the Deputy Director-General expressed her appreciation to Mr. Witthaya Chapanon, Deputy Governor of Chainat Province, for the hospitality extended to the delegation. She also highlighted the role of the DELSA in Chainat Province plays contributing to the region’s efforts to develop a strong disaster infrastructure. In addition, Ms. Duangnapa Uttamangkhaphong, Director of the Bureau of Research and International Cooperation, gave a briefing on Thailand’s role in supporting the DELSA in Chainat Province. Dr. Sithu Pe Thein, Director of Operations of the AHA Centre, also briefed the delagation on the DELSA and the role of DELSA Chainat. The visit to the DELSA in Chainat Province was part of the Special Programme “Thailand’s Efforts to Strengthen ASEAN’s Coordination In Disaster Management and Tabletop Exercise,” which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs co-organised with the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Ministry of Interior, from 26 to 27 March 2026.
