A: ไทยไม่สนับสนุนการกระทำใด ๆ ที่กระทบหรือทำลายโบราณสถาน หรือศาสนสถาน และขอความร่วมมือให้ฝ่ายกัมพูชาประสานงาน เพื่อตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงก่อนที่จะเผยแพร่ข้อมูล หรือข้อกล่าวหาใด ๆ เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิด

Q2: กัมพูชากล่าวหาว่าไทยละเมิดอธิปไตย กรณีการอัญเชิญพระพุทธรูปที่ “ช่องอานม้า”
A: ไทยเคารพความเชื่อและวัฒนธรรมของทุกฝ่าย และต้องการให้ประเด็นอ่อนไหวเช่นนี้ อยู่ในกรอบการหารือ
อย่างเป็นทางการ มากกว่าการกล่าวหากันในที่สาธารณะ ไทยต้องการให้เกิดการประสานงานเพื่อตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริง
ผ่านช่องทางที่เหมาะสม เพื่อรักษาบรรยากาศสันติภาพและความไว้วางใจ

Q3: กัมพูชาร้องขอ OHCHR ในประเด็นที่กล่าวหาไทยทำลายบ้านเรือนและทรัพย์สินของประชาชน
A: ไทยให้ความสำคัญต่อสิทธิมนุษยชนและมนุษยธรรมสากล และต้องการลดผลกระทบของการปะทะที่ผ่านมา
ต่อพลเรือนเป็นอันดับแรก แต่การตรวจสอบใด ๆ ควรเริ่มต้น และตั้งอยู่บนหลักฐาน ข้อเท็จจริง ความเป็นกลาง

A: ไทยสนับสนุนบทบาท UNESCO ในการอนุรักษ์มรดกโลก และเห็นว่าข้อกล่าวหาเรื่องความเสียหาย ควรได้รับ
การพิจารณาจากการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นกลาง ไม่ใช่ข้อสรุปฝ่ายเดียว ไทยพร้อมให้ความร่วมมือในกระบวนการ

• Thailand communicates based on facts and requests all parties to avoid one-sided information that increases tensions.

Q1: Cambodia accuses Thailand of destroying “Prasat Ta Kwai” and building nearby structures. How does Thailand respond?
A: Thailand does not support any actions that negatively affect or damage historical/religious sites and requests cooperation in verifying facts before disseminating any information or allegations 
to avoid misunderstandings.

Q2: Cambodia accuses Thailand of violating sovereignty in the case of the placement of 
a Buddha image at “Chong An Ma.”
A: Thailand respects all beliefs and cultures and prefers sensitive issues like this to be discussed formally rather than through public accusations. Instead, coordination should be advanced to verify the facts first through the appropriate channels so that an atmosphere of peace and trust is maintained.

Q3: Cambodia requests the OHCHR to investigate Thailand of destroying homes and property.
A: Thailand prioritizes human rights and humanitarian principles and aims to mitigate the impact of the recent clashes on civilians. However, any investigation should first begin with and be based on evidence and facts, be impartial and professional and not used as a political tool.

Q4: What is Thailand’s stance on the large number of displaced persons?
A: Thailand sympathizes with those affected and is ready to support appropriate humanitarian cooperation, urging all parties to communicate information responsibly and avoid escalating tensions.

Q5: Cambodia thanked UNESCO and accused Thailand of attacking world heritage sites
A: Thailand supports UNESCO’s role in preserving world heritage sites and believes that allegations of damage should be considered based on assessments by impartial experts, not one-sided conclusions. Thailand is ready to cooperate with a credible process to prevent cultural heritage from being used to escalate conflict.
