วันนี้ เวลา 12.30 น. พลตรี วินธัย สุวารี โฆษกกองทัพบก เผยว่า ได้รับรายงานจากกองทัพภาคที่ 2 เกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์การสู้รบว่า ปัจจุบันสามารถผลักดันทหารกัมพูชาออกจากบริเวณพื้นที่

“ตัวปราสาทตาควาย” และเข้าควบคุมพื้นที่ได้แล้ว ขณะที่ที่หมายสำคัญโดยรอบ โดยเฉพาะเนิน 350 และพื้นที่สูงข่มในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ยังคงอยู่ระหว่างการปฏิบัติการเข้าควบคุมพื้นที่ตามแผนดำเนินกลยุทธ์

โฆษกกองทัพบกยังกล่าวว่า อย่างไรก็ตาม ฝ่ายกัมพูชาได้ตอบโต้ด้วยการใช้อาวุธทุกชนิดระดมโจมตีพื้นที่ดังกล่าวอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อมุ่งทำลายกำลังฝ่ายไทยและพยายามช่วงชิงพื้นที่คืน ทำให้สถานการณ์ยังไม่อาจวางใจได้ และยังต้องใช้ความระมัดระวังอย่างสูงในการปฏิบัติการ

ทั้งนี้ พลเอก พนา แคล้วปลอดทุกข์ ผู้บัญชาการทหารบกได้ติดตามการปฏิบัติการสำคัญในครั้งนี้อย่างใกล้ชิด พร้อมกำชับให้หน่วยที่เกี่ยวข้องปฏิบัติการด้วยความรอบคอบ เพื่อป้องกันลดการบาดเจ็บและความสูญเสียของกำลังพลให้ได้อย่างดีที่สุด

Royal Thai Army Secures Ta Kwai Temple; Operations Continue at Hill 350 as Chief of Army Urges Caution to Minimize Losses

Today, at 12:30 p.m., Major General Winthai Suvaree, Army spokesperson, revealed that he had received a report from the 2nd Army Area regarding the combat situation. Currently, Cambodian troops have been successfully pushed out of the area of the "Ta Kwai Temple structure" (Prasat Ta Kwai), and the area is now under control. This is significant, as previous reports confirmed that Cambodia was using important ancient sites, including Preah Vihear Temple and Ta Kwai Temple, as cover to launch military operations and utilize human shields. Meanwhile, key surrounding targets, especially Hill 350 and the nearby dominant high ground, remain under operation to control the area according to the strategic plan.

The Army spokesperson further said that, however, the Cambodian side has retaliated by using all types of weapons to continuously attack the area, aiming to destroy Thai forces and attempt to reclaim the territory. This makes the situation still precarious and requires extreme caution in operations.

In addition, General Pana Claewplodtook, Chief of Army, Royal Thai Army, has been closely monitoring this critical operation and has instructed the involved units to act with utmost care to prevent and reduce injuries and losses among personnel as much as possible.
