พลตรี วินธัย สุวารี โฆษกกองทัพบก ได้ชี้แจงกรณีชายชาวจีนลักลอบข้ามแดนเข้ามายังพื้นที่บ้านหนองจาน ตำบลโนนหมากมุ่น อำเภอโคกสูง จังหวัดสระแก้ว และประสบเหตุเหยียบกับทุ่นระเบิดได้รับบาดเจ็บ เมื่อช่วงเช้ามืดวันที่ 29 พฤศจิกายน 2568 โดยย้ำว่า แม้เหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นจากการลักลอบเข้าเมืองโดยผิดกฎหมาย หรืออาจมีความเชื่อมโยงกับขบวนการ Cyber Scam แต่กองทัพบกยังคงยึดหลักมนุษยธรรมเป็นสำคัญ และให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้บาดเจ็บอย่างเต็มขีดความสามารถทันทีที่ตรวจพบ

โฆษกกองทัพบกเปิดเผยว่า เมื่อได้รับแจ้งเหตุ หน่วยเฉพาะกิจชายแดนได้ใช้อากาศยานไร้คนขับบินตรวจสอบพื้นที่ทันที เพื่อค้นหาผู้บาดเจ็บในสภาพพื้นที่เสี่ยงอันตรายจากทุ่นระเบิดตกค้าง และเมื่อพบตัวเจ้าหน้าที่ได้เข้าช่วยเหลืออย่างเร่งด่วน ก่อนนำส่งโรงพยาบาลอย่างเร็วที่สุด ทั้งหมดดำเนินการด้วยหลักปฏิบัติเดียวกับการช่วยเหลือประชาชนไทยทุกประการ

โฆษกกองทัพบกย้ำว่า การช่วยเหลือครั้งนี้เป็นไปตามหลักกฎหมายมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศ โดยไม่แบ่งแยกสัญชาติหรือสถานะทางกฎหมายของผู้ประสบเหตุ ส่วนการดำเนินการด้านกฎหมาย เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจะดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนภายหลังจากอาการของผู้บาดเจ็บอยู่ในภาวะปลอดภัยแล้ว

ขณะเดียวกัน ได้แจ้งเหตุและขั้นตอนการช่วยเหลือไปยังสถานเอกอัครราชทูตจีน เพื่อให้ครอบครัวผู้บาดเจ็บรับทราบ และเพื่อยืนยันว่าไทยให้ความสำคัญกับชีวิตของชาวจีนผู้ประสบเหตุรายนี้ไม่ต่างจากประชาชนของตนเอง

Royal Thai Army Assists Chinese Man Injured by Landmine, Affirms Equal Care Under International Humanitarian Law Before Legal Review After Recovery

Major General Winthai Suvaree, Army spokesperson, clarified the case of a Chinese man who illegally crossed the border into Ban Nong Chan, Non Mak Mun Subdistrict, Khok Sung District, Sa Kaeo Province, and was injured after stepping on a landmine in the early morning of November 29, 2025. He emphasized that although the incident occurred due to illegal entry into the country or may be linked to a cyber scam network, the Army prioritizes humanitarian principles and provided full assistance to the injured person immediately upon detection.

The spokesperson stated that upon receiving the report, the border task force deployed unmanned aerial vehicles to survey the area, which was at risk from leftover landmines, to locate the injured man. Once found, officers urgently provided aid and transported him to the hospital as quickly as possible. All procedures followed the same standards as assisting Thai citizens.

He reiterated that this assistance was carried out in accordance with international humanitarian law, without discrimination based on nationality or legal status of the victim. As for legal proceedings, police will take action after the injured man’s condition is stabilized.

At the same time, the incident and rescue procedures were reported to the Chinese Embassy so that the victim’s family could be informed, reaffirming that Thailand values the life of this Chinese national no less than that of its own citizens.
