ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 1 สรุปสถานการณ์ชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา พื้นที่ จ.สระแก้ว

กกล.บูรพา ปฏิบัติภารกิจปกป้องอธิปไตยในสถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งไทย-กัมพูชา เป็นวันที่ 16 โดยมีการรบปะทะ เพื่อยึดครองพื้นที่ ใน 3 พื้นที่

1.พื้นที่บ้านคลองแผง อ.ตาพระยา : ฝ่ายกัมพูชาดำเนินการเสริมความแข็งแรงของที่มั่น และใช้อาวุธยิงสนับสนุนด้วยปืนใหญ่, อาวุธยิงเล็งตรง, ปืนเล็ก และใช้ BM 21 ยิงตอบโต้มายังฝ่ายเรา ซึ่งฝ่ายเราใช้อาวุธยิงสนับสนุน ทำการยิงตอบโต้ตามสถานการณ์เพื่อควบคุมพื้นที่

2.พื้นที่บ้านหนองหญ้าแก้ว อ.โคกสูง : ฝ่ายกัมพูชาดำเนินการเสริมความแข็งแรงของที่มั่น ซึ่งฝ่ายเราใช้อาวุธยิงสนับสนุนเพื่อควบคุมพื้นที่ เตรียมสถาปนาแนวที่มั่นตั้งรับและตอบโต้ตามสถานการณ์

3. พื้นที่บ้านหนองจาน อ.โคกสูง : ฝ่ายกัมพูชาเสริมความแข็งแรงของที่มั่น ซึ่งฝ่ายเราใช้อาวุธยิงสนับสนุนเพื่อควบคุมพื้นที่

โดยในวันนี้ กกล.บูรพา ปฏิบัติการโจมตีต่อที่หมายทางทหารของฝ่ายกัมพูชาในพื้นที่ปอยเปต จำนวน 2 แห่ง โดยยิงทำลายอาคารที่ใช้เป็นฐานปฏิบัติการและเก็บอาวุธกระสุน ซึ่งไม่มีพลเรือนพักอาศัยอยู่ในอาคารแล้ว ได้แก่

1.อาคาร International center (call center) เดิมเป็นอาคารที่รวบรวมบุคคลข้ามแดน ก่อนจะแยกย้ายส่งไปทำงานสแกมเมอร์ ซึ่งฝ่ายกัมพูชาได้แปรสภาพเป็นฐานปฏิบัติการทางทหาร

โดยอยู่ห่างจากจุดผ่านแดนถาวร บ้านหนองเอี่ยน ต.ท่าข้าม อ.อรัญประเทศ ประมาณ 2 กม.

2. อาคารฝั่งตรงข้ามวัดวังมน ต.ท่าข้าม อ.อรัญประเทศ เดิมเป็นอาคารในการจัดทำบัญชีม้าของกลุ่มสแกมเมอร์ และได้แปรสภาพเป็นที่เก็บอาวุธและกระสุนของฝ่ายกัมพูชา โดยมีการตรวจพบพลซุ่มยิงของฝ่ายกัมพูชาอีกด้วย

นอกจากนี้ได้รับรายงานกำลังพลเสียชีวิต คือ พลทหาร ธนพัฒน์ นันทะวงศ์ สังกัด กองพันทหารราบที่ 3 กรมทหารราบที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ จากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ปกป้องอธิปไตยของชาติในพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา

บ้านหนองจาน อ.โคกสูง ตลอดจนพบความเสียหายจากฝ่ายกัมพูชาใช้จรวดหลายลำกล้อง BM-21 และเครื่องยิงลูกระเบิดยิงใส่พื้นที่พลเรือน จ.สระแก้ว โดยในห้วง ตั้งแต่ 8 ธ.ค.68 - 23 ธ.ค.68 ส่งผลให้ประชาชนได้รับบาดเจ็บ จำนวน 7 ราย มีบ้านเรือนประชาชนได้รับความเสียหาย 14 หลังคาเรือน พื้นที่เกษตรได้รับความเสียหาย 5,893 ไร่ นอกจากนี้ ยังทำลายระบบสาธารณูปโภค อาทิ ถนน 7 จุด, เสาไฟฟ้าแรงสูง 3 จุด, กำเเพงปศุสัตว์ 1 จุด และกำเเพง

โรงเรียน 1 จุด เป็นต้น

สำหรับประชาชนในพื้นที่ชายแดน จ.สระแก้ว จำนวน 4 อำเภอ ทางจังหวัดสระแก้วร่วมกับส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แจ้งเตือนให้อพยพมายังศูนย์พักพิงชั่วคราวและปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำเพื่อความปลอดภัย โดยปัจจุบันได้เปิดศูนย์พักพิงชั่วคราวให้บริการ จำนวน 40 ศูนย์ มีประชาชน รวม 17,441 คน

Sa Kaeo Province

The First Army Area Operations Center provides the following update on the Thai–Cambodian border situation in Sa Kaeo Province:

The Burapha Task Force continues its mission to safeguard national sovereignty amid the Thai–Cambodian conflict, now entering Day 16 of operations.

Armed engagements aimed at seizing control of terrain have occurred in three areas, as detailed below:

1. Ban Khlong Phaeng Area, Ta Phraya District

Cambodian forces have reinforced their defensive positions and employed fire support including artillery, direct-fire weapons, small arms, and BM-21 multiple rocket launchers against Thai positions. Thai forces responded with fire support as appropriate to maintain control of the area.

2. Ban Nong Ya Kaeo Area, Khok Sung District

Cambodian forces have reinforced their defensive positions. Thai forces employed fire support to control the area and are preparing to establish defensive lines, responding as the situation requires.

3. Ban Nong Chan Area, Khok Sung District

Cambodian forces have reinforced their defensive positions. Thai forces employed fire support to maintain control of the area.

Military Operations

On this date, the Burapha Task Force conducted strikes against two Cambodian military targets in the Poipet area, destroying buildings used as operational bases and weapons/ammunition storage facilities. It was confirmed that no civilians were residing in the targeted buildings. The targets were:

International Center Building (former call center) – previously used as a facility to gather cross-border individuals prior to their deployment into scammer operations; subsequently converted by Cambodian forces into a military operations base. The site is located approximately 2 km from the Ban Nong Ian Permanent Border Checkpoint, Tha Kham Subdistrict, Aranyaprathet District.

Building opposite Wat Wang Mon, Tha Kham Subdistrict, Aranyaprathet District – formerly used for managing “mule accounts” associated with scammer groups; later converted into a weapons and ammunition storage site by Cambodian forces, where sniper positions were also detected.

Casualty and Damage Assessment

It is with regret that the death of one Thai soldier has been reported: Private Thanaphat Nanthawong, of the 3rd Infantry Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment, King’s Guard, who was killed while performing duties to protect national sovereignty in the Ban Nong Chan area, Khok Sung District.

Additionally, damage to civilian areas in Sa Kaeo Province has been recorded as a result of Cambodian BM-21 multiple rocket launcher and mortar fire. During the period 8–23 December 2025, the following impacts were assessed:

7 civilians injured

14 houses damaged

5,893 rai of agricultural land damaged

Damage to public infrastructure, including 7 road locations, 3 high-voltage power poles, 1 livestock enclosure, and 1 school wall, among others

Civilian Safety Measures

For civilians in the four border districts of Sa Kaeo Province, provincial authorities, in coordination with relevant government agencies, have issued evacuation advisories to move to designated temporary shelters and to strictly follow safety guidance.

At present, 40 temporary shelters are in operation, accommodating a total of 17,441 civilians.
