ทบ. ประณามกัมพูชา ยิงจรวด BM-21 โจมตีพื้นที่ชุมชน เป็นเหตุให้ประชาชนเสียชีวิต บ้านเรือนเสียหาย

วันนี้ (14 ธ.ค.68) เวลา 11.50 น. กองทัพบกได้รับรายงานจากกองทัพภาคที่ 2 ว่าฝ่ายกัมพูชาได้ใช้อาวุธจรวด BM-21 โจมตีเข้าใส่พื้นที่ ตำบลเสาธงชัย อำเภอกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ซึ่งอยู่บริเวณใจกลางแหล่งชุมชนและโรงเรียน

เหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวส่งผลให้ประชาชนเสียชีวิต 1 ราย (นายดร ปัจฉาพันธ์ อายุ 63 ปี) จากสะเก็ดระเบิด พร้อมส่งผลให้เกิดไฟไหม้บ้านเรือนประชาชนในพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงเสียหาย 1 หลัง ส่วนรายละเอียดผู้บาดเจ็บกำลังอยู่ระหว่างการตรวจสอบ

กองทัพบกขอประณามการกระทำของฝ่ายกัมพูชาต่อเวทีประชาคมระหว่างประเทศ ที่ยังคงใช้อาวุธโจมตีใส่พื้นที่พลเรือนซึ่งไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติการทางทหารเป็นวันที่สอง เป็นเหตุให้พลเรือนผู้บริสุทธิ์เสียชีวิต

เหตุการณ์ครั้งนี้เป็นหลักฐานที่ชี้ชัดถึงเจตนาของฝ่ายกัมพูชาที่ละเมิดต่อหลักสิทธิมนุษยชนและกฎหมายมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศ ส่งผลกระทบต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชนผู้บริสุทธิ์อย่างร้ายแรง

Royal Thai Army Condemns Cambodia for BM‑21 Rocket Attack on Civilian Area, Causing Death and Property Damage

Today (December 14, 2025) at 11:50 a.m., the Royal Thai Army received a report from the 2nd Army Area that Cambodian forces launched BM‑21 rockets into Saothongchai Subdistrict, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province. The strike hit the heart of a community area and a school.

The incident resulted in the death of one civilian (Mr. Don Pachaphan, age 63) from shrapnel wounds, and caused a fire that destroyed one nearby house. Details of the injured are still under investigation.

The Royal Thai Army strongly condemns Cambodia’s actions before the international community, noting that this is the second consecutive day of attacks on civilian areas unrelated to military operations, leading to the death of innocent civilians.

This incident is clear evidence of Cambodia’s intent to violate human rights and international humanitarian law, causing severe harm to the lives and property of innocent people.
