Blanc ในภาษาฝรั่งเศสแปลว่า สีขาว มาจากที่มาของบ้านหลังสีขาวที่สร้างขึ้นมาเมื่อ 50 ปีที่แล้ว ตัวอาคารยังคงรูปแบบเดิม เพิ่มเติมคือการดีไซน์ภายในร้านอาหารที่ทันสมัยในโทนสีดำและอิฐ เข้ากับ concept อาหารสไตล์ Contemporary European Cuisine

ทางร้านได้มีการจัดงานเปิดตัวร้านด้วย concept Introducing Blanc มีการนำเสนอ ว่าทาง Blanc เป็น all day eatery บรรยากาศร่มรื่นในตอนกลางวัน และ chillax ในตอนเย็น อาหารในงานเป็นแบบ small bites ได้ลิ้มลอง combination ใหม่ของอาหารที่เชฟอยากนำเสนอ รวมไปถึงการได้ทดลองชิมไวน์มากถึง 20 ฉลาก มีตั้งแต่ sparkling ไวน์ขาว ไวน์แดง รวมไปถึง natural wine

The name Blanc, meaning white in French, is inspired by our 50-year-old heritage white home. Step inside our black-and-brick interior and discover a world where classic European favourites take a twist using local ingredients and Chiang Mai's unique herbs.

Introducing Blanc.

We present an all day eatery, which you can enjoy both daytime and evening. During day time you will dine under the enchanting greenery and soft sunlight of our restaurant and in the evening we offer a chillax space with a comfortable lounge. At the opening night we offer our food in bites as an introduction and paired with 20 labels of wine from sparkling, white, natural to red wine.
